Unable to attract even a single girl, frustrated man sues Axe.LOL !!!!

New Delhi. In what could prove to be a major marketing and legal embarrassment for Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), a 26-year-old man has filed a case against the FMCG company, which owns the Axe brand of men grooming products, for ‘cheating' and causing him ‘mental suffering'. The plaintiff has cited his failure to attract any girl at all even though he's been using Axe products for over seven years now. Axe advertisements suggest that the products help men in instantly attracting women.

Vaibhav Bedi, the petitioner, also surrendered all his used, unused and half-used deodorant sprays, perfume sticks and roll-ons, anti-perspirants, aftershaves, body washes, shampoos, and hair gels to the court, and demanded a laboratory test of the products and narcotics test of the brand managers of Axe. Vaibhav was pushed to take this step when his bai (maid) beat him with a broom when he tried to impress her by appearing naked in front of her after applying all the Axe products.

"Will they make it?" "No way!"

They called up to the children

"You'll never make it up that tree"

But the boys just kept on climbing

And said "just watch and you will see"

But the others, how they shouted

And thought the boys tried to ignore

They began to drop out one by one

Another, another and then more

But one boy kept on climbing

And made it to the top of the tree

He never lost faith but believed in himself

And said "this won't defeat me"

The others were quite amazed

At the squirrel at the top of the tree

"How on earth did he do it?" they said

"Well", said one, "he's completely deaf, you see"

Pathan Doesn't Pay!!!

One fine day, a bus driver went to the bus garage, started his bus, and drove off along the route. No problems for the first few stops - a few people got on, a few got off, and things went generally well.
At the next stop, however, a big hulk of a Pathan got on. Six feet four, built like a wrestler, arms hanging down to the ground. He glared at the conductor and said, "Pathan doesn't pay!" and sat down at the back.
Conductor didn't argue with Pathan, but he wasn't happy about it. The next day the same thing happened – Pathan got on again, made a show of refusing to pay, and sat down. And the next day, and the next..
This grated on the bus driver, who started losing sleep over the way Pathan was taking advantage of poor conductor. Finally he could stand it no longer. He signed up for body building courses, karate, judo, and all that good stuff.
By the end of the summer, he had become quite strong; what's more, he felt really good about himself. So, on the next Monday, when Pathan once again got on the bus and said, "Pathan doesn't pay!"
The driver stood up, glared back at Pathan, and screamed, "And why not?"
With a surprised look on his face, Pathan replied, "Pathan has a bus pass."

Moral: Be sure there is a problem in the first place before working hard to solve one.

Why do we shout in Anger???

A saint asked his disciples, 'Why do we shout in anger? Why do people shout at each other when they are upset?'
Disciples thought for a while, one of them said, 'Because we lose our calm, we shout for that.'
'But, why to shout when the other person is just next to you?' asked the saint. 'Isn't it possible to speak to him or her with a soft voice? Why do you shout at a person when you're angry?'
Disciples gave some other answers but none satisfied the saint.
Finally he explained, 'When two people are angry at each other, their hearts distance a lot. To cover that distance they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the stronger they will have to shout to hear each other through that great distance.'
Then the saint asked, 'What happens when two people fall in love? They don't shout at each other but talk softly, why? Because their hearts are very close. The distance between them is very small...'
The saint continued, 'When they love each other even more, what happens? They do not speak, only whisper and they get even closer to each other in their love. Finally they even need not whisper, they only look at each other and that's all. That is how close two people are when they love each other.'
When you argue do not let your hearts get distant, do not say words that distance each other more, else there will come a day when the distance is so great that you will not find the path to return.

Adult humans normally breathe at the rate of one breath every six to eight seconds and inhale an average of sixteen thousand quarts of air each day. If nothing is done to restrict breathing, it will happen naturally and fully. But people continually inhibit natural breathing in many ways—poor posture, tight or binding clothes, "speed eating," exposure to noxious substances, smoking, lack of exercise, plus habitual patterns of emotional stress.
When breathing is obstructed or suppressed, the cells in the body do not receive the full amount of oxygen necessary to carry out their assigned functions. You may feel sleepy or irritable, or develop a headache. One reason that exercise is so valuable is that it forces you to breathe more fully, literally replenishing your dwindling supply of oxygen.
Hindus call it prana—the life force carried in the breath. Many languages use the same word for both breath and spirit, or life force.
In Hebrew, the word for soul or spirit is rauch. In Greek, it is pneuma. In Latin, spiritus. Each of these words also means "breath." In English, to inhale is to "inspire"—to take in the spirit. To exhale, or expire, means to release the spirit. All of life can be observed as a taking in and a giving out, of movement and rest, of controlling and letting go. The way you breathe is an excellent metaphor for the way you live your life.

Logical Vs. Legal...

After having failed his exam in a Student goes and confronts his lecturer about it.

Student: "Sir, do you really understand anything about the subject?"

Professor: "Surely I must. Otherwise I would not be a professor!"

Student: "Great, well then I would like to ask you a question. If you Can give me the correct answer, I will accept my mark as is and go. If You however do not know the answer, I want you give me an "A" for theExam. "

Professor: "Okay, it's a deal. So what is the question?"
Student: "What is legal, but not logical, logical, but not legal, and Neither logical, nor legal?"
Even after some long and hard consideration, the professor cannot give The student an answer, and therefore changes his exam mark into an "A", as agreed.
Afterwards, the professor calls on his best student and asks him the Same question.

He immediately answers: "Sir, you are 63 years old and married to a 35 Year old woman, which is legal, but not logical.
Your wife has a 25 Year old lover, which is logical, but not legal. The fact that you Have given your wife's lover an "A", although he really should have Failed, is neither legal, nor logical."

Struggle a Little!!!

Once a biology class was going on.. The teacher was teaching the class on how a butterfly comes out of its cocoon... He brought a live cocoon to demonstrate a butterfly coming out... Unfortunately he was called out on an urgent task before the butterfly could come out... But before he went he warned the class that on no condition should anyone help the butterfly to come out...
He went out and after some time the cocoon opened and the butterfly started to come out...
One boy taking pity on the butterfly's struggle helped it to come out...
The sir returned and saw the butterfly and then asked the class, Who helped the butterfly?
The boy raised his hand and confessed...
The sir said u did grave error in helping the butterfly...
In helping it u deprived the butterfly of it life's goal...
The initial struggle out of the cocoon should help the butterfly strengthen its wings...
now it will never fly...
We are also in some ways like this butterfly...

Worse Mistakes by Santa & Banta!!!

Santa, my friend, was travelling in a crowded bus in Delhi. He was carrying the Passport size photograph of his son (for college admission). Accidently,the photograph fell down from his pocket. He started searching for it frantically & found the same on the floor of the bus, near the feet of a woman in saree.
Politely, he asked the saree clad female, standing in front of him, "Can you lift that saree? I wanna take the photograph"
The rest is history...
He was beaten so badly that he had to be admitted in a hospital. He was surprised to see his neighbour Banta on the bed next to him, in a still worse condition.
Banta started to explain his "Adventure". He had gone to a remote village on some work & due to his high level of intelligence, couldn't finish the work on time. He had missed the last bus from that place. He couldn't find any Hotel. So he approached a nearby house and asked the Owner whether he can stay there for the night.
The Owner replied, "I have 2 grown up daughters. Sorry, I can't allow you to stay".
He approached the next house and asked whether he can stay there for the night.
The Owner replied, "I have 3 grown up daughters. Sorry, I can't allow you to stay".
He went towards the next house and without taking any risks, asked, " Do you have "grown up" daughters?".
The Owner asked, "Yes, why?"
Banta replied, " I wanted to stay and sleep here for a night."....

Effect of Color on Behavior

Are you planning to repaint your house? Psychologists believes that colors has effect on behavior. According to Maria Simonson, Ph.D., Sc.D., a behaviorist, the color you pick for a room will have some sort of effect on its occupants. In fact, it has been found out that kids learn better in brightly colored rooms.

So, if you want to have a relaxing dinning room and you are staying in cool climates, better paint your dining room with off-white, tan, pale gold or beige color. And, if you are staying in a warmer climate, better paint your it with cool blue or green color. But, if you want your family's appetite especially kids' appetite to be stimulated better paint it with warm colors like yellow, orange or red.

If you want to have a good night sleep or an optimal sleeping conditions, pale pink, mauve and lavender colors are great for cooler climates. Pale blue, pale green and beige are good relaxing colors for those with hot climates. If you are suffering from lack of sleep, why not repaint your room?

Color your rooms to make it more homey to the occupants than just an ordinary room because color could greatly affect one's behavior.
